Discover your exciting role The MechanicalEngineer is responsible within the own specificdiscipline for the system’s design and constructability, interms of conformity to customer/regulatory requirements,quality, time schedule and budget. He reports to the DesignManager during the design phase and to the Project Manager (orConstruction Manager) during execution. Explore your tasks and responsibilities The Mechanical Engineer hasthe responsibility to: Develop, within the ownspecific discipline, design according to the Client’srequirements and latest state of the art solutions Maintain a thoroughknowledge of the on the market latest technical solutions,materials and equipment Maintain a thoroughknowledge of the norms and standards to be implemented in aspecific project in a specific area/country Work according todesign quality procedures and project indications Provide input to CADoperators to carry out the design Coordination for pipingclass specifications and requirements Coordination for ductclass specifications and requirements Developing of sizedsingle line distribution layouts Indication of equipmentcharacteristics and requirements Deal with authoritiesor others (partners, Client, colleagues, etc.) to provideinformation and support on the specific discipline Learn lessons fromconstruction team for future design.
