We will count on you to: Talent Strategy Manager helps clients to develop the HR programs, talent practices, performance management processes, leadership assessment and development, succession planning, skill mapping and cultural change that motivate and empower leaders and employees to deliver their best work. We are looking for a solid manager to join the Talent Strategy area who could support the team in designing and delivering projects bringing a fresh and innovative thinking and experience. In this role you will also have the opportunity to: Serve as a Project Manager on medium client engagements, including managing overall service delivery and solution design Support to identify and promote new business opportunities with clients and manage proposal process Contribute to the proposition and bidding process Act as the day-to-day lead for the team, ensuring project requirements, solutions and deliverables meet client expectations Contribute to create client centric solution, combining the several services provided by all Mercer’s Practices that can empower client’s leaders Plan and execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from Project Manager or senior leader Lead client meetings and act as a trusted advisor to clients Delegate assignments to junior level colleagues and review output for alignment with project needs Support business and intellectual capital development (Leadership empowerment, Talent Development, Performing Organization, Cultural Change, Workforce for the future and People Engagement) What you need to have: University Master Degree in Economics / Organization/ Management / Psychology at least 5/6 years of experience in consulting or in HR functions of medium-large size companies (preferred experiences on international companies) experiences and proficient level of knowledge in at least 2 areas of the Talent Strategy areas (Leadership empowerment, Talent Development, Performing Organization, Cultural Change, Workforce for the future and People Engagement, etc.) experience in the consulting business, dealing with clients and working by projects attitude to create innovative solutions Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel) English and Italian proficiency Mercer is a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), the world’s leading professional services firm in the areas of risk, strategy and people, with more than 85,000 colleagues and annual revenue of over $20 billion.
