If you join us in the role of Agent Networks Lead , this is what you can expect from us: Attractive salary and an overall competitive package Hybrid way of working Well-structured training for the job and constant support from your manager Equipment needed for the role Private health insurance Benefits for Lunch Health Care Insurance Your key responsibilities in this role will be: Build and develop a sales network for agents Design and develop the commercial strategies and KPIs; monitoring and analysing competitor data to build on potential commercial partnerships. Manage the end-2-end sales process, coordinating the commercial activities and finalising the specifics of agreements, taking care of the key client relationships and referred networks. Manage the commercial planning and budge activities, ensuring that revenue targets are met, as well as margins and sales volumes. Define sales targets for Partners, across no. of sales, transaction volumes, and acquisition costs. Support the channel during the sales process, by defining and maintaining the back office processes, training manual,s and stock availability. Monitor qualitative KPIs for completed sales Qualifications needed to be successful in this role: Degree in Economics, or similar Minimum 5 years’ experience working in sales, especially in managing sales rep networks. Knowledge of the payments sector and of acquiring processes. An ample network of relevant business contacts Demonstrable communications and relationship management abilities.
