OVERALL OBJECTIVES Provide analytical and modelling support by primarily analyzing acquisition possibilities and Greenfield investments. Maintenance of the deal pipeline as well as preparation of business models and providing input to investment proposals for new investments for evaluation by Senior Management and Shareholders of the company Group. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Modelling and analyzing new investments Development and control of business plans related to new investments Monitoring and documentation of BD pipeline and their status Reviewing the performance of past investments Preparing BD reports for the Management and for the Shareholders Communicating with country teams (CFOs, CEOs) to clarify issues and ensure that investment models are complete, accurate and reliable Support in preparation of Investment proposals Prepare management presentations: create inputs in Excel (own analytic works, charts, bridges, waterfalls), edit output to PowerPoint, and occasionally present it. Price/volume/mix, seasonality, trends, P&L and Cash Flow analysis Build, maintain Excel models for the Group’s 5 year inorganic growth plan Support Treasury and Controlling with underlying data for financing and management reporting activities Manage the DD (Internal & External) Work closely with functional leaders when discussing new business opportunities to identify main risk and synergies Assist in the drafting and/or review all related transaction documents of ongoing opportunities JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree in Economics / Finance / Statistics Strong MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) knowledge is a must Fluency in English is a must 3 to 5-year proven experience in corporate finance, transaction services or valuation/modelling OFFERED FEATURES Permanent Contract Location: Gessate (MI) (availability to travel) Work Schedule: from Monday to Friday – 40 hours/week Le ricerche sono volte a candidati di entrambi i sessi, legge 903/77.
