Job Description : The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining network performance by building & change net configurations and connections, troubleshooting L1 & L2 network incident & problems . Key Responsibilities : – Perform maintenance, upgrade, configuration of various networking devices – Provide support in External connection documentation – Create and update internal low level and high-level network infrastructure documents including diagrams – Update network related Disaster Recovery procedures – Secure network system by enforcing ING policies and standards – Maximize network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network and enterprise architects on network optimization. – Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information – Any other duties as assigned by management – Rotate On call availability (8.00PM to 8.00AM including weekends and bank holidays) Requirements – University degree – 5 years’ experience in the same role/position in an international and complex environment – Cisco CCNA certification / CCNP nice to have – Experience gained within financial industry is a plus – Experience on Cisco Systems complex switching (Catalyst and Nexus) and routing environments, Checkpoint firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, F5 complex load balancing/SSL/VPN solutions, Blue Coat proxy solutions, Cisco Systems ISE, Linux based OS security appliance administration, Paessler PRTG / Nagios – Fluent in both Italian & English (written and spoken) Soft skills – Passion for technology and to expand the knowledge area – Result oriented – Problem solver – Able to act independently – Team player – Excellence in execution – Customer centric – Data fluency – High Cyber Security awareness – Risk sensitive Duration : permanent Location : Milan (Hybrid) J-18808-Ljbffr
