An exciting opportunity now exists for a New Business Sales Manager to join our Sales Department. Reporting to the New Business Sales Manager – Italy your primary focus will primarily be accountable for the achievement of their own budget Quota in terms of both Capital Sales and New Recurring sold to new customers, so contributing to match the Esseitalia Company budget and Pentana Solutions global budget. The Role: Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Search for new opportunities on the market of Automotive Dealers and Workshops in the area assigned to them to propose the Sipad.X/sipad.Power DMS to those who currently do not use it Organize and supervise the presentation / demonstration of our products, with the eventual collaboration of our colleagues from the Operations or Development Departments Coordinate with the Operations Department to prepare the business proposal for the prospect, illustrating the phases of the project and defining the contribution expected by the dealer, in both economic and operational terms Get the signature of the contract and the agreement on the timing of evasion Share the contents of the final agreement reached with the customer with the operational departments, through the commercial documents and the necessary meetings Assist the Project Manager / Team Leader in interfacing with the customer in the pre-installation phases Usually participate in go-live for the customer’s commercial management Support the Project Manager / Team Leader in the post-start-up phase, until obtaining the Sign-Off. Who you are: Professional Experience in a similar Hunting role Knowledge of the Automotive sector Knowledge of the IT sector Ability to setup relationships from scratch with the prospect Ability to drive long term projects, keeping own necessary focus and putting in place any action necessary to keep also the prospect focused Excellent presentation skills & communication (both written and verbal) Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently. Personal Capable in interpersonal relationships Able to involve colleagues to have them focused on our targets Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a team Resilient and pragmatic, with a critical thinking mindset Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects concurrently Want to speak to a consultant about your specific requirements?
