About the role The Nuclear Medicine Global Artwork Systems & Data Lead is responsible for ensuring that the end-to-end artwork process is supported by lean and scalable system solutions that are right for the specific business and purpose of the Nuclear Medicine (RLT/RLI/MI) platform. This entails performing detailed analysis of system-specific data flows to identify dependencies, challenges, and opportunities, and to define a strategy and business plan for the development and implementation of appropriate solutions. This role is expected to understand all aspects of the cross-functional and cross-departmental artwork process from a systems’ interaction perspective and the ability to articulate and document complex inter-related business and technical concepts (including user requirements and functional specifications) with excellent clarity. Your key responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • System-specific data flows analysis of the as-is situation performed for the definition of to-be solutions (using data modeling methodologies; conceptual, logical, and physical). • Statistical data Data analysis performed (using statistical packages for analyzing datasets e.g. Excel, R, Python, etc.) for consideration of to-be solutions • Design solutions and/or modification to meet the needs of the business are identified • Manual process improvements (e.g. automation), focusing on performance efficiencies, data integrity and compliance • Major stakeholder in new program development and/or enhancements to existing process/system landscape, ensuring proper governance, data integrity and project management methodology for validated system • Solutions and/or modification of projects are implemented on time, within budget and smoothly transitioned to operations (validation/testing) • System-related training materials are in place and support for end users is delivered • Close collaboration with Global Artwork Standards & Process Excellence Manager, ISRM, NTO IT and compliance. Role Requirements What you’ll bring to the role: • Bachelors / Masters in Computer Sciences / IT or other quantitative sciences • 5-7 years of experience in a Global company as a data analyst, business analyst or business system requirement analyst. • Strong business acumen and understanding of pharmaceutical / life science industry and data standards. Exposure to data integrity. • Ability to work with extended, cross cultural teams and deliver under time pressure and workload. • Problem-solving and strong analytical skills thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Fluency in English is prerequisite, while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage (e.g. Italian, Spanish).
