Operations Director Ref. PRD/4331 A successful manufacturing company is currently seeking an Operations Director to manage and coordinate the entire production process and material flows, ensuring compliance with defined quality and timing standards. The ideal candidate will identify areas for process and cost improvements, optimize efficiency in individual departments, review procedures with a LEAN approach, analyze and optimize processes, draft production budgets, manage and coordinate human resources alongside the HR team, and provide input for the annual Business Plan. The Operations Director will also work closely with the General Management and other departments to define and plan company strategies for production management. The company is looking for candidates with a strong technical foundation and a broad understanding of management principles, particularly in supply chain management.
