Work Experience: 15.0 Year(s) To 20.0 Year(s) Function: Production / Quality / Maintenance PEB (Pre-engineer building), Factory Building, Light steel Metal Fabrication, Water tank and Tower, Structure steel fabrication for mints, Oil and Gas, sugar plant etc. In house Processes followed by current company Fitting, Welding, Plasma cutting, Beam welding, Sort blasting, Painting, Structure erection, Plant installation with strict ISO and OHS policies. Employee’s Education Mechanical Engineer or Equivalent Personal profile of Employee . Age above 42 years and below 52years- Male. Married 15 years of working experience in similar field, minimum of 5 years worked on a lower position below or up to supervisory level and last 5 years on current position. What We Expect from Candidate. Techno commercial Communication with client, manages workshop, Site, Production, Quality, safety, Erection works, Site Handover, Payment follow-up, overall in charge of department, 15-20 direct reporting staff & 100 to 300 workers. basically, candidate will be responsible for handling sub-contract from lead generation up to handover of project approx. 15-20 projects at any point of time. Project size worth of 10lakh rupees up to 50CR hence he should be well versed with all in and out of this business. Added various additional quality can be considered are; Experience of working in African country. Experience of working-executing construction of Oil and Gas structure projects Worked as employee of Sub-contractor company. Good project planning experience.
