As an Operations Specialist you will contribute by: Providing customer centered care and facilitating customer access to services in a pleasant, knowledgeable efficient manner, communicating with a diverse population using well-developed interpersonal skills; Managing all pharmacies’ and customers’ requests through telephone, mail, chat; Processing the customers’ orders quick and professional by coordinating all players and actors involved; Building relationship with customers and maximizing up selling and cross selling opportunities; Proactively take possible actions to maintain a long term relationship with customers; Supporting and monitoring logistics, forecasting likely levels of demand for services; Preparing reports for the management team; Building, monitoring and tracking implementation of KPIs; measuring value and impact; Following standards and maintaining quality results; Being the contact person for ad hoc projects where required by company needs; Delivering WOW experience for every customer and monitor their satisfaction. Requirements You have 1 years of experience in Customer Service or Operations; You are fluent in Italian and English (Level B2); in addition, a good knowledge of Spanish is appreciated; You are a dynamic person with strong value commitment and a team player with excellent communication skills, sales ability and negotiating skills; You have the capacity to identify and analyze problems, and make proposals for appropriate improvements to translate customer needs into effective and effortless solutions; You are a problem solver and you can perform at a high level even under strenuous circumstances; You are organized, flexible and able to act independently and to take initiative; You are interested in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment; You have IT skills and you are able to use technological devices.
