The team’s mission is to define, implement and monitor actions for an effective value proposition of Wolters Kluwer CCH Tagetik solutions. In this role, you will be reporting into the Head of Customer and Partner Success Management and you will have frequent interaction with Sales team and Pre-Sales team. In addition, you will build and manage relationships with key partners. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the identification, contact, qualification, development of new partners and the management of existing partners. You will support the partners in the definition, development and presentation of vertical solutions based on Wolters Kluwer CCH Tagetik. You will focus on partner retention, growth, renewal and client satisfaction, which includes supporting negotiation and management of Partner contracts. You will work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Partner Management goals are synchronized with organizational goals in particular related to service delivery, sales engagement, NPS and certifications You will define, implement and manage a broad range of strategic as well as revenue generating initiatives. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, OR equivalent working experience 7 years of relevant experience in EPM market Experience working in Consulting with EPM tools, both in design and development capacity Ability to identify, recognize, and analyze trends, technologies, and attractive business opportunities, and communicate the opportunity clearly. Ability to network and to establish solid relations with executives of IT and Finance structures, including Big4 and other global implementation companies Ability to articulate a value proposition and to communicate it, including executive presentations to the most senior organization levels Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Salesforce CRM and other supporting tools and enablement software Excellent written/oral communication skills, particularly in Partner and Client-facing situations Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with solid problem-solving mindset.
