As Partner Manager Digital Agencies, you are the point of contact for web development and digital marketing agencies, hosted platforms or SAAS solutions. Our objective is to partner with the best local providers to support MultiSafepay’s merchant acquisition efforts as well as existing merchant growth. To be successful in the Partner Manager role, market knowledge and a passion for E-commerce is essential. In this position, you report to the Head of International Sales. What you’ll be doing: Develop & implement yearly partner plan for Italy Identify and target new partners, and build strong relationships with them Traveling in Italy for strategic partner visits and events Monitor market opportunities and translate them into commercial projects Work in close collaboration with different departments such as Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Integration Manage existing partners in an efficient and optimum way so as to generate maximum possible flow of new leads and resulting revenues in both ways About MultiSafepay MultiSafepay is the leading payment service provider providing omnichannel and advanced payment solutions to businesses across Europe. We focus on true solutions to their challenges and are always looking ahead.In short, a true FinTech What we expect you to know Minimum Bachelor Degree Experience in online payments /PSP’s is an advantage, but not a must Experience in web development or digital marketing is a big plus Affinity with IT, internet and E-commerce Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferrably in agency channel sales/partnerships) Native speaker in Italian, Fluent in English both verbal and written You can also recognize yourself in the following: Strong presentation, communication (written and oral) and negotiation skills You are self-motivated, goal oriented, dynamic and have an ambitious attitude You are passionate about sales, both in a hunting (reaching out to new agencies) and farming (nurturing & growing mutually beneficial business relationships) role.
