We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our HR team The Payroll Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining payroll records. You show: Proven experience (3 years) as a Payroll Manager or in a similar role with in-depth knowledge of payroll principles and best practices Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements Proficient in using payroll software and Excel/Google Sheet/Power Point for data analysis and reporting Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with employees and external stakeholders Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion Good knowledge of the English language Previous experience in an international fast growing environment is highly desirable Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Economics/Law As a Payroll Manager you will: Manage the full payroll process, including time management activities, cooperating with the external payroll provider and with the internal departments (Finance, Accounting, etc.) Main contact with the external payroll provider, submitting the data for the monthly payroll Main contact with external auditors for personnel cost audit Provide administrative HR support for the full employee’s lifecycle (hiring practices, terminations, level changes, job changes, mandatory communications to employment offices,etc.) Ensure the submission and/or data input in payroll system of monthly payroll reports, sheets, files and documents for timely processing payslips Managing personnel cost analysis and personnel cost controlling activities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements Review and reconcile payroll reports to identify and resolve discrepancies Manage and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any issues promptly Collaborate with the HR Team to update employee information, new hires, contracts, terminations, and other changes affecting payroll Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports as required Generate and analyze payroll-related metrics and reports for management Develop and implement payroll best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency Control the personnel costs, in collaboration with the the Finance Team, taking part in the budgeting, reviewing and reporting activities Manage the main HR Report and HR KPIs analysis 100% flexibility & full smart working A stimulating and growing work environment Focus on work-life balance Free online yoga and fitness classes Discount on psychotherapy sessions Are you the Unobravo we are looking for?
