People Coordinator

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a passionate and self-driven people coordinator to join the Tomorrow People’s TeamYou’ll be in charge of supporting the People team to create a seamless and People-centric employee experience in our London office. What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like HR Operations Work closely with the People team on building robust people processes, including onboarding and career pathing structures Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Maintain HR data accuracy in databases and systems, ensuring compliance with data protection laws Support the HR Director on specific People-related projects, whether it be employee relations, organisational planning or ways of working as a global company Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors Processes payroll changes and updates, including, but not limited to: hours worked, additional earnings, tax deductions, holidays, employee benefits, new hire details, salary updates, and termination data Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Identifies legal requirements and governmental reporting regulations and ensures compliance Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees Coordinate and manage the relationships with employee representation and Unions What You Need To Succeed You’re a People person who loves to create great employee experience You are well organized, communicative, and take a very collaborative approach Degree in Human Resources or related field Up-to-date knowledge of Italian employment law and other compliance regulations Italian and English language proficiency Experience in payroll Who We Are We build the brands of tomorrow: purpose-driven, creatively led, community-inspired, independent, and entrepreneurial at heart.
