The candidate will work within the MEMS subGroup technology development group, in the plasma dry etch team with the following responsibilities:

  • To develop plasma dry etch process steps for new MEMS technologies both motion sensor and actuators
  • To improve existing process steps for manufacturing and to Support and transfer to production engineer, technology process steps for MEMS applications.
  • To evaluate and, if successful matching initial specifications, introduce new tools in the R&D and production line.
