For one of our Partner, we’re looking for an IT PMO with some experience in similar functional areas: Customer Contact Center and Commissioning. It is preferable a background in pharma or fashion industry. Working Location: Hybrid – Milan (onsite 2/5) Language: English B2, Italian native. Competenze richieste: Skills : Knowledge of waterfall and agile project management methodologies Experience in IT applications and infrastructure projects Risk and problem management Interfacing with various IT and Business stakeholders Creation of reports and presentations for top managers, create/manipulate excel files Activities : Translate business needs and plans into performance requirements for database and IT infrastructure Develop, manager and execute information technology project deliverables within the agreed upon plans, within the cost specified and time frames Development of consolidated action plans and coordinate the different teams to insure their execution Cross functional teams and stakeholder management Propose and highlight corrective action in case of events Executive Reporting & integration tools includes risk reporting, lessons learnt log, etc.
