Policy Specialist

Policy Specialist at Italia Gas e Luce Italia Gas e Luce , a power and gas supplier operating in the Italian green energy sector, is undergoing explosive growth. We are looking for a Policy Specialist to join our Lido di Camaiore Team, who will be responsible for writing, updating and improving all the Policies related to various Company processes. If you are a great lover of writing and you like the idea of creating guidelines to help others in their work, you are the person we are looking for. You will be part of the HR department, but you will report in English to our American CEO. You will collaborate with all the Managers and you will be their go to person for all the Company Policies. Whenever a new Policy is needed, you will work with the department of reference gathering all the data to define each step and document the process, both in English and Italian. You will make sure that the existing Policies are up to date. Required knowledge, skills and experience: Fluent in English and Italian Excellent writing and fast typing skills Ability to describe complex processes in a clear and simple way Accuracy and attention to details Ability to work independently Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office We offer: full time employee contract Location: Lido di Camaiore (full time in the Office) J-18808-Ljbffr
