Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Portfolio Performance Insights Lead role will make an impact: As the Portfolio Performance Insights Lead, you will lead a team to provide critical business insights leveraging qualitative research and rich domain (pharma) expertise that will drive the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of data analytics strategies, projects, as well as managing the team’s day-to-day activities and ensuring that deliverables are met on time and with a high level of quality. Key responsibilities for this role include: Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and direction to ensure their success in meeting business goals Develop and spearhead a qualitative data analytics approach that supports the company’s overall business objectives for key stakeholders including Global Marketing, Portfolio, Omnichannel Strategy and others Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in analytics and insights, and share knowledge with the team and the broader organization Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategy; Facilitate qualitative research and insights through use of relevant data sets and appropriate analytical / statistical measures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address critical business challenges and opportunities, with the clear objective of meeting business outcomes Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization, promoting a culture of analytics and insights Develop and execute a competitive intelligence program that provides insights into our competitors’ strategies, strengths, and weaknesses; Monitor and analyze industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence database and knowledge repository that supports decision-making across the organization including Portfolio teams Deliver insights and recommendations to senior executives and other key stakeholders to inform business strategy The minimum qualifications for this role are: Experience in leading a team of analysts, with a demonstrated history of delivering actionable insights. It is expected to have at significant experience supporting pharma industry with credible knowledge of commercial data sets and concepts Bachelor’s or advanced degree in pharma, statistics, mathematics, economics, business, or a related field Experience in secondary research, qualitative analysis etc., including the development and execution of competitive intelligence programs and analyzing and interpreting competitor data Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and identify patterns and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences with high proficiency in English.
