activities

  • Responsible for the development and the management of a PR strategic program for the brand
  • direct report to the Communication Director
  • Responsible for managing the day by day activities with the PR agency (press releases, PR newsletters, products requests)
  • Responsible for managing the seeding calendar ensuring the correct execution and monitoring of the activity in cooperation with the PR agency and in synergy with the Digital PR seedings
  • Managing relationships with key opinion leaders ( fashion directors and editors), internal stakeholders (E-Commerce team, CRM, Offer, HQ) and external (suppliers, collaborators, agencies)
  • Cooperates with the Digital PR Specialist to work in synergy on the main launches
  • Manages the organization of press days cooperating with the rest of the team
  • Cooperates with the team for the organization of PR activities, events and special projects
  • Elaborates of monthly and quarterly reports on PR activities with the PR agency

Profile requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of previews experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of the european media landscape and extensive network in press environment
  • Previews experience in press events management
  • Monitoring tools knowledge
  • Fluent level of English is mandatory
