Process & IS Specialist

To lead this roadmap, we are looking for a dynamic Process & IS Specialist to join our Team at Christian Dior.

The resource, reporting to the Process & Is Projects Manager, will be responsible for support and improvement of information systems and processes, in particular for the implementation of a new PLM, analyzing user needs and recommending solutions to meet those needs.

Your responsibilities will be:

· To lead workshops working with the business (with BPO and KU) to design new processes and carry-out gap analysis

· To follow new implementations and improvements on PLM system from end-to-end (business requirement fulfillment, UAT process, training)

· To formalize needs and evolution requirements with relevant Departments

· To work with AMS Team in Paris to manage priorities, development and follow-up linked to the Business' requirements

· To ensure documentation database is up to date regarding evolution implemented

· To transfer knowledge of the evolutions/modification to the local support

Requirements:

· Degree in computer systems, information systems, Engineering or a similar field

· At least 5 years of experience on a similar role

· Strong knowledge of data processes and information systems

· Deep knowledge of PLM System; knowledge of PLM Centric will be a plus

· Ability to manage multiple projects under minimal supervision with excellent attention to detail

· Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment

· Fluent in English; French knowledge will be a plus

· Your knowledge of fashion and/or luxury industry will be appreciated

· Open minded, you are service oriented with excellent relationship and communications skills.
