The Operations center Europe (EUOPC) is part of ABB’s Process Automation division, which provides engineering for units across Europe and employs more than 600 people. It also includes a supply chain management center. As the Head of Procurement and Logistics (PL) for the PA EUOPC PL department, based in Ostrava, Czech Republic, you will lead a team of specialists in implementing effective sourcing and quality strategies. Your goal is to ensure that our suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet the current and future business requirements of our internal customers. Reporting to the Head of EUOPC, you will be responsible for driving excellence in the execution of purchasing and logistics strategies. Your role involves optimizing costs, ensuring the quality and reliability of suppliers and their products, and overseeing the delivery process to meet project expectations. Will you join us?
