Procurement Officer Italy – Maternity leave Location(s): Rome, 62, IT, 00192 RWE Renewables Italia S.r.l.,Rome To start as soon as possible, full time, fixed term Functional area: Procurement As Procurement Officer for RWE’s growing Wind & PV pipeline Italy within our Europe & APAC Procurement team, you will manage procurement activities not only for the wind onshore and PV plants in operation but also for our new growth markets embedded into the global strategy Your future: Manage the purchase requisitions from different RWE’s departments, searching for potential vendors and requesting quotations. Develop, implement and manage purchasing strategies of contracts. Manage procurement activities in SAP, as requisitions, orders, etc. Develop and implement framework agreements. Develop and implement an active relationship management with suppliers. Develop and implement an active stakeholder management with colleagues from the development, construction and O&M department. Conduct assessment of suppliers, subcontractors and consultants including audits and complaints management. Observe regularly the possibility to find new, alternative and more advanced vendors.
