About the role: For this role, please upload your CV in English. Reporting to our User Experience Lead, you’ll collaborate with product owners, engineers, marketeers and our wider business. Day-to-day, you’ll involve yourself in a broad range of conversations, plans and tasks focused on creating the best sorts of experiences for our customers. Your design outputs will ensure our customers know (and feel) we’re right by their side as they build and maintain their financial future. Moneyfarm Design is a diverse family of 10 UX, product and marketing designers with an enviable skill set, where you’ll learn lots, quickly. Together, we work right across the entire user experience, embedding ourselves in various product squads, where we lead design-driven initiatives and support the evolution of Moneyfarm. To succeed, you need to be an experienced Product Designer ready to grow your stakeholder skills and simplify complex product journeys within a dynamic and fast-paced fintech environment. You’ll identify opportunities to add value and propose your own ideas on how to do things better. You’ll help keep design front-and-centre to drive our processes as effectively as possible and unlock successes that support our customer-driven strategy. You need to have the right to work and live in Italy to be considered for this role. Responsibilities: Create and validate insight-informed design solutions to meet customer and business goals Help facilitate discovery and concepting exercises with multiple stakeholders Deliver final UI design, concepts, flows and prototypes within an Agile cross-functional environment Contribute to and evolve Moneyfarm’s design system and maintenance processes as it scales across partner brands Build strong relationships within your team and beyond. 2 years experience in commercial UI/Product Design working within small to medium sized teams. You’ve worked within a cross-functional product team running Agile processes and are experienced in working with tech. You think and create at various levels of fidelity and thrive working with your colleagues to get design delivered. You can get a concept drawn through either facilitation, collaboration or by creating the whole piece yourself. You can produce to the highest standard, any sort of product design asset including final UI, user journeys, flows, templates, layouts, prototypes, components and have worked to create and/or help maintain design systems. You think about small screens first and have produced UI solutions for responsive web and/or iOS/Android/React Native. You’ve experienced end user interviews and testing. You can switch context easily, between the abstract and the concrete. You have excellent communication skills You are Fluent in English, spoken and written. You have a portfolio and/or case study that shows you know how to tell a story about why you fit this role. Nice to have: Financial and/or wealth management product design experience. Your tools and outputs: User-centric experience design, High fidelity UI, UI prototypes, lo-fi concepts, sketches, user journeys, design principles, design patterns and UI components, user testing and data.
