Product Manager – B2C Growth We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to join our B2C Marketplace team, reporting into the Head of Product B2C Marketplace. The B2C marketplace team is responsible for the end to end customer experience on Treatwell’s website and app. As Growth Product Manager you will be focused on attracting new customers to our marketplace, in partnership with the Brand, CRM and Growth marketing teams, as well as providing these new to Treatwell users with the most relevant and engaging experience so they trust Treatwell to find, book, experience and repeat all of their beauty appointments. Data-driven and versed in growth strategies, you will unlock value for our business through your understanding of our customers’ needs and pain points. You will be responsible for: Defining a customer-centric strategy, along with a clear outcome-based roadmap for your product space. Utilising data-driven insights to identify opportunities, measure performance, and make informed prioritisation decisions. Developing strong relationships with the Treatwell marketing teams to leverage domain knowledge, influence decision-making, and drive return of investment for marketing spend. Clearly communicating the why behind your prioritisation decisions to ensure stakeholder buy-in across both sides of the marketplace. Analyzing results of projects, proactively gathering insights from ad hoc queries, and using those insights to drive product recommendations and set realistic goals for upcoming project – all through a strong grasp of the company’s internal analytics tools. Working with design and engineering teams responsible for marketplace growth to deliver roadmaps, making the right trade-off decisions in order to balance high quality implementations and speed of learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of B2C Growth strategies, focusing on delivering value to our customers. About you: Proven track record in Product Management roles, demonstrating the ability to define and deliver successful B2C growth roadmaps. Strong data fluency, capable of analysing complex data sets to derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organisation. Passion for customer-centric design and the ability to translate customer needs into impactful product solutions. Previous experience in a two-sided marketplace or related environment is advantageous. Previous experience on SEO and related tools is a plus Curious and passionate, with a desire to continuously learn more, which you use to understand basic business operations and the organisational levers that drive profitable growth. Bias to action – you are comfortable with methods and approaches needed to get things done in collaborative, lean and fast-moving environments. Strong communication – You can clearly convey your product vision and confidently communicate with both senior executives and peers.
