Key Tasks and Responsibilities Collaborates with the team and stakeholders to create a product vision and design the best-in-class product for P5G for enterprise market as end2end solution: Market positioning in conjunction with the company strategy Build competitive products (technology, dev costs, pricing) and benchmarking with competition Identify a unique value proposition and enable marketing to advertise it Classify features and their alignment to strategy and make sure all the products required for the solution have in their roadmaps Communicates and coordinates new product/release launch plans and strategy to the Sales and R&D team to achieve or exceed share and net sales goals Responsible for external interfaces with the commercial organization and customer in order to get the appropriate intimacy with key customers (periodical meetings) and assess customers’ need in collaboration with pre-sales Support pre-sales in answering RFP/RFQ Create the roadmap and maintain it (in co-ordination with the product management team, R&D and services) and in particular: Manage product strategy group as gateway for approving/rejecting new request in order to assure profitable and sustainable business in the middle-long term Gathers and analyses requirements and work the product managers for the given specific product composing the solution Make or buy decision for development of new features/product Communicate to sales and customers the end2end roadmap (including deployments and automation) Release management: Identify the strategic goal for each release and initiate the backlog creation process with release manager Agree and approve GA based on R&D Quality assurance KPI and market needs Own the ready for offering milestone Owns the customer-facing product documents Manage product catalogue items Tracks and monitors monthly performance of product portfolio and recommends strategies to maximize opportunities Soft skills Communication Leadership Team management Creativity Decision Making Conflict management Adaptability Critical thinking Strategic thinking italy LI-hybrid We offer: • A competitive salary and extensive social benefits • Diverse and dynamic work environment • Work-life balance and support for career development • An amazing life inside the element Want to know more about it?
