LOCATION: Remote job in Italy JOB OVERVIEW: As a Product Manager Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and successful execution of product development initiatives within your organization. You will oversee a team of product managers, guiding and mentoring them to achieve exceptional results. Your primary focus will be on leading the product management function, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative and high-quality products to market. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Is the “One face” of the SV to the sales teams in the regions – drives regular and ongoing interlocks with the local sales team Define resource requirements necessary to execute SAM expansion in the region Work effectively with the Global Product Manager teams to drive the execution of the product line strategies in the assigned regions Establish and develop close relationships and intimacy with key customers and focus distributors to drive growth in the region Drive specific product management initiatives regionally including the definition and deployment of marketing initiatives Closely work with sales to drive pipeline and conversion for the assigned region with a key focus on growing the product lines based on portfolio strategy and value drivers S/he is a capable operator – achieves results by creating an operating rhythm for the business that helps the team accomplish topline and bottom-line results in a predictable manner Creates a high-performing team by setting a high standard, active coaching, and selective talent upgrades. Empowers and develops team through thoughtful delegation and empowerment Foster a market-oriented and winning culture in the team Communicates widely and at multiple levels in the organization. Uses a variety of tools such as townhalls, skip levels, and 1-on-1 sessions KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Fluent in German 10 Years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering innovative products to market. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making. Deep understanding of product management methodologies, user-centred design principles, and agile development processes. Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
