The role offers you the opportunity to work across departments ensuring you are delivering products that delight and retain our customers while delivering new business to SEI. You will also be at the forefront of innovation, supporting key hardware releases and taking ownership of the products and how they can help the wider business achieve their goals while supporting key accounts locally and sharing best practice around the world. To drive rention, revenue and profit for SEI by leveraging the value of digital products and Care proposition to our customers base. Role and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for the long-term strategy in attracting and retaining new customers to Samsung Care and associated insurance and service offerings in Samsung Electronics Italy. Be the centre of Samsung Care knowledge including own the product delivery roadmap and operational processes utilising your technical knowledge about what is and is not possible with regards to presenting an Insurance product to consumers Build strong and fruitful relationships with key global stakeholders including Samsung HQ in Suwon and our European office Drive the performance of the Samsung Care product across key sales channels Identify and execute the delivery of the Samsung Care product across new channels Collaborate closely and drive maximum value for the business from our Insurance Provider, leveraging their expertise, resource and knowledge base Optimise the end to end customer experience and hold internal platform owners to account to meet joint targets for attach rate of policies, revenue and profit drivers Work with marketing and communications teams, and external agencies when necessary, to deliver engaging marketing campaigns and in life communications to draw customers to purchase Samsung Care Maintain the Samsung Care product at a local level ensuring the proposition remains fit for purpose and new propositions are deployed appropriately across the channels Create and maintain a product and solutions roadmap for SC in compliance with local and European market regulations In depth and regular competitor analysis Strong understand of both consumer and B2B insurance markets Technical implementation of new SC products, propositions, service and logistical enhancements Support finance functions with invoicing and payments Regular engagement with CX owners to resolve issues or planned improvements Develop and support the introduction of new digital services Skills and Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements: Educational Background : Masters in Economics, Marketing specialization. 3-5 years as a Product Owner with experience of bringing new propositions and initiatives to market across Omni-channels, ideally within the financial services, insurance, insurtech or fintech markets Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools. Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English and Italian; A proactive communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to lead partners effectively. Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen. Excellent relationship management skills – ability to create and maintain long-term relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and industry influencers in both technical and commercial disciplines.
