Product Manager STLA-Brain Service-Oriented Architecture

We are developing a new software defined vehicle platform capable of providing customer centric solutions over the life of the vehicle. Come join the new Software Organization at Stellantis As Product Manager of STLA-Brain Service-Oriented Architecture within the Software Organization, you will be responsible for your product’s vision and roadmap. You will be working closely with cross functional product and business stakeholders to ensure the platform supports their features and is easily adaptable to future customer needs. You will effectively be the “Product Line CEO”. We are looking for a world class product leader and innovator to join our high-performing leadership team to shape the future. Job responsibilities include: Establishes and owns the vision and strategic priorities with input from consumer facing product teams, vehicle brands and other internal stakeholders Guides Product Owners on priority of backlog grooming, while managing & prioritizing flow of work into the product backlog Ensures the product backlog reflects the vision and strategy by working closely with Product Managers and Owners Builds relationships with key stakeholders and other influencers who contribute to the definition and ongoing support of the new delivery software platform Owns the customer experience and customer journey Manages the feature and/or Epic descriptions and product line roadmaps Continuously researches industry developments, new market trends and understands how our products are performing with current customers Uses business cases to make the case for new products/technology Considers flexibility and scalability as core attributes of the platform Works cross functionally with other product areas within the Software Organization and across the enterprise Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Electrical, computer, information technology or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with increasing responsibilities, including team leadership Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management of an embedded software product. Experience and understanding of software integrations with embedded software and hardware. Experience with software product development and lifecycles, including agile methodologies Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team with designers, coders, integrators and business teams. Strong relationship building skills including the ability to relate constructively to all levels of an organization. Strong listening, written, and oral communication skills. Outstanding skills in presenting to both technical and executive audiences. Preferred Requirements: Master of Science in Electrical, computer, information technology or equivalent. Experience in designing and architecting multi-user systems. Experience in integrating/designing Driver Identification Systems to middleware. Experience with telemetry and geospatial technologies. Experience working with services-oriented architectures. Experience working in a scaled Agile Environment Experience with multi-sensor systems that utilize a combination of LIDAR, radar, and cameras to enable sensor data fusion. A software development background with experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python) Experience designing and developing software in embedded systems.
