If you want to know more about us, give a look here: Join us as a Product Marketing Manager What you will be doing We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. This individual will play a critical role in driving the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and marketing campaigns for our groundbreaking technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with a strong understanding of the tech industry, as well as a proven track record of leading successful product marketing initiatives. This role is based at our headquarter in Milan, where – along with all the key people – as an active member of Satispay, you will help the growth of the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, France and soon other countries). You will be responsible for the following tasks: Go-to-market strategy development: Design, develop, and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products. This involves defining the product’s value proposition, identifying target customer segments, setting pricing and positioning strategy, and planning the sales process and marketing mix; Customer Insights: Facilitate customer, prospect, and market research studies and conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to gather insights on market trends, customer needs and competitor strategies that will inform product development, product marketing, and sales strategies; Content creation: Develop a variety of marketing content (e.g., product datasheets, blog posts, case studies, webinars, demo videos) to articulate the benefits of our products to customers and prospects. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience; Product launch management: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with various teams to ensure successful roll-out. This includes creating launch plans, coordinating with PR for media coverage, preparing sales teams, and measuring launch success; Performance tracking and optimization: Track and analyse key product marketing metrics (e.g., product adoption, customer engagement, campaign ROI), using data to optimise future marketing strategies and initiatives; Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other teams to align marketing activities with broader company goals. Work with product management to understand product features and benefits, and with sales to develop effective sales enablement tools; Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product marketing strategies, plans, and results. This includes presenting to senior leadership, as well as communicating with other teams and external partners. You have: At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the tech industry. This should include experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns; Proven experience in launching and managing products in the market, demonstrating an ability to lead and execute multi-faceted product marketing projects. Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment is highly desirable; Strong understanding of the technology market and the ability to grasp and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling language that customers can understand; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This is an essential requirement, as the role requires the ability to create compelling, customer-focused messaging and communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to various audiences; Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data and use them to inform marketing strategies; Comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Proven experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis is a plus; Strong creative thinking skills with a proven ability to innovate and think outside of the box when developing marketing strategies and campaigns. You are: Able to work cross-functionally with teams like product management, sales, PR, and others. You should be comfortable operating in a collaborative, team-oriented environment; Understanding of customer needs and experience in utilising customer insights to develop marketing strategies and communicate product value propositions; Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milan. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock options plan available.
