The Product Marketing Specialist will be joining the Product team. This highly organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross-functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team. You will play a key role in leading the growth of the Wellness approach and the Technogym Community in line with the Go Consumer strategy. Responsibilities Ensures the support in the development and production of content Ensure the product development process support for equipment, digital solutions/apps, packages/solutions, etc. Work closely with product marketing managers to analyze product trends, test hypotheses to help shape go-to-market strategies, and size potential impact of “problems-to-solve” Measure and visualize the effectiveness of product effectiveness and updates Design and implement reporting dashboards and the associated data pipeline to deliver insights and enhance the workflows of internal teams Requirements – International MBA preferred, or MD with Honors – 2-3 years experience in the role – Fitness Passionate – Strong analytical, research, and spreadsheet modeling skills – Expertise in various analytical, data visualization, presentation platform. – Self-starter; Highly analytical; capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision – Enthusiastic and proactive team player – Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences. – Knowledge about the fitness consumer industry a plus including media landscape, competitors, key platforms.
