OR based in our Swiss HQ in Mendrisio, Switzerland, which is 7 km over the border from Italy and easily commutable from Milan, Como, Varese or Lugano. Role Description: As a Product Operations Manager at Cloud Academy, you will be the linchpin ensuring the synchronization of our product strategy with operational realities. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Designer, and Engineering team, setting the stage for rapid innovation and heightened customer satisfaction. You will coordinate also with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, to ensure that product updates, features, and launches are communicated effectively and efficiently, both internally and externally. Responsibilities: Process Management & Improvement: Streamline, standardize, and refine product development processes to foster cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery. Tools and Systems: Oversee the implementation and upkeep of tools that boost productivity. Continuously evaluate potential tools for process enhancement. Data Analysis: Work with data teams in support of product managers and directors to analyze product metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations based on data-driven insights. Product Lifecycle Management: Ensure the timely transition of products through various stages, from ideation and validation with stakeholders down to sunset. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and other departments, ensuring alignment and clarity of product objectives. Training and Onboarding: Design and oversee product-related training programs for internal teams, ensuring that they are kept updated with the latest product features and best practices. Feedback Loop: Establish processes to capture, review, and prioritize feedback from both customers and internal stakeholders. Documentation: Ensure that all product documentation, including requirements, roadmaps, and release notes, are up-to-date and easily accessible. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the product lifecycle and devise strategies to mitigate them. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5 years of proven experience in product management, operations, or a related area. Demonstrated proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with “Education” industries and B2B SAAS.
