Product Trainer Armani Exchange

The Product Trainer will support the Manager with the aim to maximise the training effectiveness and efficiency across the Global Retail Workforce. KEY RESPONSIBILITY: He/She will be responsible for: Identifying training needs together with the WW Retail Training Manager and partnering with retail teams across the globe Planning and delivering the entire Armani Exchange RTW and Accessories collections’ product trainings through physical masterclasses, documentations, digital tools, gamification digital e-learning, in store training sessions and field coaching Drafting and editing specific trainings on product categories according to business needs: RTW and Accessories- Men’s and Women’s collections (e.g. product sheets, video tutorials, technical insights on tailoring, etc.) Aligning and supporting training teams in the customization of corporate materials on regional localization Providing constant follow up and monitoring training effectiveness PROFILE: Minimum 3 years of training experience in a corporate environment, with strong focus on products’ training preferably in the luxury fashion industry Good command of written and spoken English, a second language will be considered a plus Technical knowledge about fabrics and their proprieties Oraganization, attention to detail, curiosity, flexibility, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of digital technologies and systems (e-learning) Proficient in MS Office tools andAdobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere) Experience working with remote teams Availability to travel Drive licence J-18808-Ljbffr
