Join the team and provide overall project management and business analysis on key programs within the group. With an overall high level knowledge of all the marketing activities and techniques, as a Programme Marketing Manager you will focus on supporting the delivery of strategic, tactical and business-as-usual programs with the objective to provide the highest standards of marketing experience to Clients, both internal and external. You will will engage with multiple stakeholders, working closely with local Sales & Sales Support Teams and partnering with the central Marketing specialized functions and external vendors to ensure accurate and on time execution of marketing activities. Job responsibilities Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns, including presentations, events, web, e-mail marketing, direct marketing, thought leadership, online and print advertising in Italian language Work independently and as part of wider team model to lead and deliver components of large-scale marketing initiatives Proofread and edit translations of centrally created content Preparing, planning & project managing the governance workflow of all Sponsored training initiatives and events, while liaising with Marketing Key account, Sales and Sales Support teams as well as with central compliance functions Support the development and maintenance of internal governance tools – including events database, trackers, global event inventory – while documenting procedures, processes and workflows Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics Vendor management Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Degree in Economy, Financial Economics & Business Administration, Marketing & Communication or other related business discipline Strong marketing experience; computer literate (Excel, Power Point etc.) Prior experience of working in financial services environment Basic understanding of asset management and financial market, including knowledge of ESG topics within this framework Strong communication, and negotiation skills; strong analytical and project management skills, from conception to completion Excellent interpersonal skills with a truly global mindset, including working in a team environment and liaising with various functions in the business including Sales, Compliance, Central marketing Functions, and external parties Native Italian – Fluent English, both written and spoken Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills ETF knowledge and experience is a plus Previous experience in Asset Management sector is preferred J-18808-Ljbffr
