Meet with Julien Walid Goudiard, Head of PDS EMEA at JLL Requisiti: esperienza nella progettazione e/o direzione lavori / gestione di impianti MEP in edifici civili esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel settore, con prevalenza nel settore dell’Hotellerie preferenziale buona conoscenza della lingua inglese La persona ricercata opererà come Project & Construction Manager Impianti in progetti di ristrutturazione di hotel in Italia. Il candidato sarà inserito all’interno di team multidisciplinari, con il compito principale di gestire e coordinare i soggetti incaricati per la progettazione dei gli impianti elettrici e meccanici e della relativa Direzione dei Lavori, nonché di monitorare l’avanzamento dei lavori, affiancare la direzione lavori generale e impianti, coordinandosi con il Project Manager a cui è affidata la gestione del progetto. La ricerca è rivolta ad un tecnico dotato di capacità organizzative in grado di gestire in autonomia il cantiere MEP affidato.
