Job Description Ubisoft Milan is looking for a Project Coordinator to be involved in the development of a prestigious AAA title. Under the supervision of the Producer, they will support the production team with regards to planning, development processes, methodology, and logistics and will drive communication in a diverse and multicultural team. Responsibilities: ensure that various planning and follow up tools are implemented and up to date; make sure that features are delivered according to timelines; set up and facilitate the flow of information (e.g. newsletters, minutes of meetings, mailing lists, Jira tasks etc.) among project team members and eventual partner studios; take ownership of certain aspects or features of production and manage the team dedicated to these; optimize and improve work methods; implement measures that foster communication within the team; address difficult team situations (conflicts, communication issues, etc.) and take the actions necessary to resolve them. Qualifications minimum 1 year of relevant experience in videogame industry; extensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite; excellent communication skills (oral and written, formal and casual); good management skills (organizational skills, planning, task management, talent planning, time management etc.); negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills; fluency in English.
