PROJECT DEVELOPER TEAM LEAD (RENEWABLES) in Bologna, ITALY (m/f) Our client, a fast-growing International Independent Power Producer is looking for a Project Developer Team Lead to be part of their successful operations in Italy. This is a company that will boost your career if you are ready to take on the challenge As the Team Lead, your primary objective will be to oversee the identification and assessment of potential project sites while managing a dedicated team of 4 professionals. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in transforming vision into reality as we harness solar and wind resources to power our future. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Main goal: Supervise searching and localizing of lands for the development of solar/wind projects from the project developers. · Lead and inspire a team of 5 Project Developers. · Schedule and program team activities for optimal productivity. · Oversee land identification and negotiate purchase/rent contracts. · Support and monitor the status of newly identified opportunities. · Actively seek landowners in environmentally feasible areas. · Coordinate internal departments involved in origination processes. · Manage relationships with landowners and internal stakeholders. · Provide daily strategic direction for negotiations and land selection. · Evaluate newly identified opportunities through cadastrial reviews. · Monitor team results daily and weekly. · Collaborate with OT and Legal departments for operational support. · Attend technical and review meetings for alignment. · Provide monthly provisional cash flow projections. REQUIREMENTS · Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in technical studies. Master in renewable energies will be a plus. · Experience: 4–5 years of experience in project origination, land acquisition, or related areas. · Technical skills: ArcGIS, Q GIS. · Soft skills: We are looking for a proactive person with the strong potential to lead and inspire a team. This person should have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to make decisions · Languages: Fully Professional level of Italian, high level of English.
