Let’s talk We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer who wants to join our Business Process team at the local unit in Basiano (MI). YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE: Draw and update project plans and make sure it translates into real actions: s trive for project success Liaise suppliers and internal stakeholders, coordinate all the resources allocated to the project Keep budget under control and project documentation updated Design and improve processes towards digital transformation attitude and global mindset Push the adoption of innovative solutions via organizational change management WHO YOU ARE: You hold a degree in STEM field, preferably Management Engineering, Industrial/TLC/Electronic Engineering, or similar You have a strong problem-solving attitude and critical thinking You speak English fluently You have already managed similar challenges for at least 3/5 years You like tidying things up You have an analytical mindset and can see details in the chaos DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
