As a Project Engineer – Protection in Engineering Services, you’ll provide solutions and services that help our customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide. As an Project Engineer – Protection , a typical day might include the following: Designing protection solutions for customers Commissioning projects in the field Extensive programming, setting, and testing devices and systems Development of relay/controller settings Preparation of functional design documentation Working as a technical lead alongside Project Managers and other Engineers from other focus areas This job might be for you if: You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field that has equipped you with strong foundational knowledge You have at least 5 years of experience working with power systems protection, studies, and commissioning You understand and have experience with power protection fundamentals and can solve complex problems related to these You have power system/substation programming and setting experience You are willing to travel up to 50% (more typically 25%) You are fluent in Italian and English (other European languages are preferred) Competitive pay.
