Consolidated Financial Results 2021 Webuild is looking for a HR Manager to join one of the main important projects in Southern Italy. The resource will directly report to the Project Manager (functionally reporting to the HQ’s HR Department). He/she will be responsible for all the activities concerning the management of the Project’s personnel. Responsibilities: Supporting the Project with regard to all of its management activities and ones relating to occupational law in relation to the Project’s personnel; Supervising the administrative activities of the project’s personnel, managing relations with the Pay-Roll Supplier and with the institutions, bodies and local offices; Contributing to preparing budget plans concerning personnel costs, also monitoring any eventual variations, through a digital workforce planning system; Coordinating staffing and demobilization activities concerning Project personnel, abiding by the set timings and costs agreed upon in the Project Plan; Defining, in agreement with the HQ functions, the training and development plans and the vocational plans, according to the needs of the Project’s resources; Coordinating the implementation of the processes and procedures set by the HQs; Supporting the management activities regarding trade union relations, with the internal and territorial components, always collaborating with the HQ functions; Monitoring activities concerning the assignment and management of corporate benefits, according to what has been established by the company’s agreements; Periodically providing updated reports to the Headquarters, concerning HR matters; Coordinating General Services, Facilities and ICT activities. Requirements: Master’s in Law, Economics, Social Sciences or similar; a Master’s degree in topics concerning HR related matters is plus; 5/8 years of work in a similar role, working within structured and complex organizations; Previous experience in an industrial/production work environment; A previous experience in managing Site personnel is preferable; Knowledge of the reference National Collective Agreement; Full knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; The following skills complete the profile: Result-oriented with leadership skills; Capable of managing complex stakeholders; Flexible and proactive; Strong interpresonal and communication skills.
