Your role in BetStarters: We are looking for a person to join our team like Project Manager , who will be in charge of developing comprehensive project plans that combine client requirements with business objectives, manage these projects throughout the execution to ensure success and constantly monitor progress; will take responsibility for the project workflow, collaborate with other team members and assign work as needed. Your tasks: Initiate, develop and maintain project schedules for all functional development areas Manage the improvement of the overall production process to increase the levels of efficiency, quality of work and profitability Help improve the quality of the company’s games, the productivity of corporate teams and the efficiency of business processes Monitoring of all production processes through direct management of team managers (design, development, QA) Management of periodic product reviews with project managers Management of the production of complex and addicting games Requirements: Experience in Project Management Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams Good knowledge of iGaming game types and popular game mechanics Creative mindset and ability to overcome technical challenges, Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate seamlessly within the team Ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple projects Ability to work with both established and newly formed teams, challenging and supporting them Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Knowledge of project management tools Fluency in the English language Plus: Degree or qualification as project management or equivalent Previous experience in video game design and in the iGaming sector Knowledge of agile project management We are looking for a candidate with a background as a project manager, an interest in technology and innovation; a person who works with a positive and motivational approach, who has a strong customer orientation and growth ambitions.
