Alfa Laval Engineering & Supply (E&S) Monza, the Engineering department is looking for a Project Manager in Monza site. Reporting to Engineering Manager (Regular contract, full time) Who you are We are looking for a person with: Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Open mind and Teamworking Flexibility Ability to build and maintain relationships Organized, ability to prioritize the essentials, the ability to see the whole picture Personal Drive and strong commitment What about the job Manage projects with Medium/Low complexity and size mainly in the Marine & Diesel business. Participate form the quotation process to the delivery – ensuring the process quality, calculating the cost and setting up the delivery schedule Engineer products and solutions for assigned projects Have complete end responsibility over assigned projects, including: – All documents requested by Customer – All documents requested by MWS (Module Workshops) to be able to build the module – All documents requested by AD (Automation Development) to be able to build the Control Panel and Software – All documents requested by Class Society – All documents requested by these rules (if applicable) Machinery Directive (MD) 98/37/EC Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 73/23/EEC Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC) 89/336/EEC Equipment Explosive Atmospheres Directive (ATEX) 94/9/EC Factory Approval Test and/or Site Approval Test Complete Instruction book with all chapter updated financial budget Professional Qualifications You must have: Previous experience in small Project Management We value University Degree in Technical area (e.g. Mechanical Engineering) Knowledge of the Process/Machinery About Us With the purpose of accelerating success for our customer, people and planet, Alfa Laval has developed products since 1883.
