Project Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee large Systems Implementation projects within our client’sorganization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale Systems Implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets. Apply change management principles and techniques to facilitate smooth transitions during project implementations. Manage and coordinate multiple work streams concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively to achieve project goals. Directly engage with stakeholders, including vendors, consultants, and internal resources, to ensure effective collaboration and project alignment. Demonstrate strong leadership and management qualities to motivate and guide project teams toward successful project completion. Utilize expertise in Financial or Treasury Management, Information Technology, and related fields to drive project success. Leverage international experience and familiarity with the United Nations common system or international financial institutions to enhance project understanding and implementation. Utilize recognized project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile project management to implement best practices and methodologies. Apply expert skills in Microsoft Office 365 productivity tools to enhance project communication and documentation. Required Qualifications: University degree in Financial or Treasury Management, Information Technology, or related fields, preferably at the postgraduate level or its equivalent. Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in managing large Systems Implementation projects and implementing change management principles and techniques. Experience leading large teams in multi-vendor environments, showcasing effective team management and collaboration skills. Proven ability in planning and prioritizing parallel work streams to achieve project goals effectively. Demonstrated suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level. Familiarity with the United Nations common system or international financial institution is desirable. Project management experience with SimCorp Dimension implementation is a distinct advantage. International experience working in multiple countries, demonstrating adaptability and a global perspective. Desired Qualifications: Recognized Project Management Qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile project management. Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office 365 productivity tools.
