We work with customers, suppliers and development teams from many different countries, we are part of a multinational company, you will have the chance to experience an international work environment Project Manager Project management in the field of AC and Thermal Management for vehicles, including electric ones Manage and lead the interdisciplinary project team resources and work. make sure the team delivers the planned work on time and as per specification. Plan, monitor and control the project schedule, budget and quality. Analyze the project requirement, define the project scope and the business case. Execute the Change Management. Manage the problem solving and the project risks: identify project threats and opportunities, prepare and manage consequent action plans. Manage the project stakeholders and the project communication. Manage the escalation process within the organization when needed. Manage the project reviews and be compliant with the Webasto project development and governance processes. Carry out lessons learned and project closure. Education and Competencies: Education: Master’s degree in Engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical, electronic) or in Engineering Management are recommended. Equivalent master’s degree might be considered. PMP® or Prince2® certifications are preferred. Work experience in similar roles of at least 3- 5 years in structured companies operating in industrial production and managing development project processes. Project management tools and techniques expertise. Basics of Lean Enterprise are a plus. Basic project finance principles. You are capable to match the project scope definition with contract requirements. Business acumen. You understand how to bring value to your customer and organization. Good leadership skills, and you build you credibility before the team with your standing. You understand cultural and work diversity. Fluent English is required; German language option is a plus. Good expertise with MS Office SW (MS Project, Excel, Power Point) Availability to travel.
