How you will contribute Supportare l’IT Area Leader durante le fasi progettuali (dall’analisi dei requisiti alla fase di definizione del modello e implementazione soluzione), al fine di garantire sia il rispetto delle tempistiche progettuali sia il recepimento dei requisiti presentati per l’aree di competenza: Sales Force Automation (SFA), soluzione a supporto della forza vendita (e più in generale dell’area Sales) e Trade marketing Applicazioni digital a supporto del personale in stores (i.e. K-ERA, Kering Eyewear Retail App) Soluzioni a supporto della raccolta e dell’analisi dei dati di Sell-Out (i.e. BI Sell-Out Reporting, K-ERA, Bludata, etc) Essere il punto di contatto tra la funzione IT e le altre funzioni aziendali ed il punto di riferimento per qualsiasi necessità con l’area di competenza. Supportare il team di progetto nell’implementazione delle diverse applicazioni in ambito. Raccogliere dai business partner i requisiti interni che andranno analizzati per disegnare la migliore soluzione tecnica, strutturando la necessaria documentazione per l’analisi e il disegno di dettaglio delle specifiche tecniche/funzionali. Assumere il ruolo di project manager sulle varie iniziative assegnate, assicurando il rispetto delle scadenze ed il raggiungimento delle milestones di progetto. Supportare l’IT Area Leader & Continuous Improvement nel monitoraggio e coordinamento delle attività da parte dei fornitori esterni. Gestire e validare i System Test e le attività di supporto utente nelle fasi di User Acceptance Test (UAT). Gestire le attività di AMS (application maintenance services): nello specifico, assistenza di primo livello agli utenti e, coordinamento con i responsabili interni/esterni della attività di AMS per le attività a maggiore impatto. Dare supporto all’utente finale nell’utilizzo degli strumenti e la verifica della documentazione applicativa a supporto degli stessi. Supportare il team sui progetti Digital. Contribuire al lavoro di squadra ed al raggiungimento degli obiettivi progettuali.
