Adler Evo srl, for the Program Management department, located in Montelabbate (PU), is looking for a Project Manager Key responsibilities: Coordinates and manages technical activities, evaluates the main economic indicators, organises the various phases of the assigned project in order to meet company and customer expectations. Develops the detailed planning and scheduling of the project and is responsible for monitoring these, promptly reporting possible deviations and proposing recovery plans. Develops and shares the project with the team according to the PDP plan and consistent with the client’s APQP. Schedules and organises regular and cadenced team meetings to discuss the status of the project both internally and with the client. Makes decisions and assumes a leadership role in resolving open issues, or proposes internal escalation if higher-level management decisions are requiredCoordinates the internal and external resources of the project team. In case of project changes due to Customer request or external needs, formulates technical and economic proposals according to new target. Interfaces with Sales and Finance to manage properly the customer invoicing flow. Requirements: Degree in Management Engineering or similar disciplines. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the role, preferably from the automotive industry. Fluent English. PMI-PMP certification (or similar). Availability to travel both in Italy and Europe.
