We are looking for a member of R&D team who will manage the Programs/Projects execution from the New Product Proposal (NPP) through the New Product Request (NPR) until MAT30 to ensure start of production and sales in line with divisional strategy. Job Responsibilities · Responsible for managing Strategic key Programs and Funded European Programs representing the Division organization. · Act with the goal of archiving the project objectives with the given constraints such as: Functional and non-functional requirements, product profitability, quality compliancy, time to market, development cost budget. · Responsible for leading a solid Project Core Team, promoting trust and cooperation among the members, supporting appropriate risk management and problem-solving processes to secure the project success. · Responsible for building relationship with internal and external stakeholders Profile · Masters Degree in Engineering or Physics · Program/Project management techniques and know-how tools · PMI Certification is a plus · Product Development process flow and procedures knowledge · Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills · Advanced English · Strong attitude to work in team, to motivate people and to facilitate communication and negotiation processes · Experience in Process Audit management About ST: We put People First: at STMicroelectronics, we are proud to be an international company, proud to offer an open and connected work environment, and above all, proud of our team’s diversity.
