Job Description Summary
The Project Manager will have to coordinate and support all the relevant internal and external stakeholders involved in large projects, from supply chain to installing partners and is accountable for project delivery on time and up to the satisfaction of the customer.
Key Responsibilities and skills
-Business understanding of the flooring market
-Technical knowledge of flooring solutions preferably resilient ones as well
-Proven experience of leading high complex projects with the ability to influence others and lead teams.
-Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
-Effective problem identification and solution skills.
-Proven analytical and organizational ability.
-Strong oral and written communication skills both in Italian and in English.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or Interior Design
Good knowledge of English language. Will be appreciate the knowledge of French as second language
