Purpose of the Job : Manage the overall Project Warranty activities and in particular Reliability Growth to achieve Warranty closure. Key accountabilities: Establish the Project Warranty Management Plan Manage the full Project Warranty Work Package Manage Reliability Growth with customer and internally (Field Modifications, …) to achieve the contractual Reliability target Ensure contractual Availability through Warranty Customer Site team Ensure 8D follow-up with Quality Ensure respect of AZDP and Customer EHS requirements for all Customer Site activities Ensure appropriate internal and external audits and assessments Drive Warranty Back-office function to support Warranty Customer Site team (repair loop, spares, consignment stock, FM preparation) Coordinate Obsolescence management (if applicable) Achieve DFQ closure and final sign-off of contractual Warranty obligations (on time) Provide REX of the Warranty period to the organization Key Job Authorities and Dimensions: Global Project Warranty Work Package Internal staffing for Warranty support Management of Warranty Customer Site team Team management of all contributors to warranty and reliability growth including internal and external suppliers Initiation and implementation of Field Modification (approved by Design Authority) Close relationship with RAMS and Quality representatives as well as other function support teams Management of Warranty dashboard KPI Educational Requirement: Graduate in Engineering or Industrial or Master’s degree in Engineering Mandatory experiences : EHS knowledge/exposure Product knowledge Data analytics Team management Railway Safety/Product liability Field Experience RAM Engineering knowledge DFQ, Quality and Audit skills Customer contact Contract management Railway Safety and RAMS Project Management for Non-Project Mgrs Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Products & Services Knowledge Problem solving Team Management Communication with Business Partners Configuration and Change Management Train Movements Digital and Analytics Tools Digital Network & Internal Community Management Critical Characteristics and Control Plan Safety Issue Management Quality Effectiveness DFQ Management General Railway Knowledge for Systems Preferred job location: Savigliano Availability to travel: 30-40% of the working time in external depots within Italy An agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
