What to Expect In this role, you will be part of the Supercharging team within Tesla, which is responsible for the deployment and operation of Supercharger network in Europe. You will become the central point of coordination for the Supercharger team in Italy handling their needs related to planning and building the charging network.The network today consists of over 700 sites in Europe and is expected to expand rapidly. Your primary responsibilities are handling administrative tasks. Beyond that, you challenged to improve processes to support the growing business while becoming deeply involved in the business. What You’ll Do Administrative support and third-party liaison Keep (project) administration continuously up to date Create and track Purchase Order requests Support with processing and resolution of account payables and account receivables Onboard new suppliers, maintain supplier database Coordinate execution of agreements Perform general office tasks and coordinate other administrative matters Assist with projects, event planning, meetings, and other responsibilities that come your way Create quarterly reports for key partners showing Charging Stations’ traffic and user experience data Programmatic improvements Support optimizing, administrative processes to reduce redundancy and improve Create and maintain operational dashboards/trackers What You’ll Bring Organized and attention to details Relevant experience in an supportive role Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office Tools Fluent in English Love being helpful and driven by optimizing workload for others Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions Anticipate needs and be proactive with solutions Strong coordination skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work with in a dynamic environment Strong passion for Tesla’s mission Tesla is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
