Saipem – Proposal Engineer – Business Line Energy Carriers Within the business line Energy Carriers, the Proposal Engineer assists the Proposal Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of the proposal, in accordance with the instruction to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices Tasks Review tender and bid documents Monitor progress of project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality objectives Assist the Proposal Manager in the management of interface with partners / nominated subcontractors Assist in the preparation, implementation and updating of the Project Technical Annex Coordinate specific Project aspect regarding engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning (as applicable) Skills Be open to change and continuous improvement Flexibility Team building Problem solving English fluent Office & SAP knowledge Location Milan – Italy
